The Nautilus Explorer is a 35 Metre (116ft) dive yacht designed to be very safe with heavy, strong steel construction and extensive soundproofing.
The Nautilus Explorer is a Millenium Boat built and launched in Vancouver, B.C. in 2000.
She can cruise at 10 knots and has 110 volt power on board.
The Nautilus Explorer sleeps up to 26 guests in privacy and comfort.
The main deck has a nice air conditioned salon with TV, library and computer. The dining area is at the front offering a great view of the sea. The bar is adjacent to the salon.
The hot tub deck is partially shaded and has a hot tub for relaxation and a camera station.
And for those who enjoy the sun there is an upper sun deck with chaise longues.
The dive deck is spacious and well equipped with personal kitting station and in-place fill station. A camera table and rinse tanks are conveniently located for washing dive equipment and cameras.
At the aft of the dive deck a water level platform provides easy entry into dive skiffs, kayaks and Laser sailboat.
The Nautilus Explorer has 13 comfortable staterooms.
All cabins have private head with shower stall and central AC.
Lower deck
6 Double Stateroom (C,D,E,F,G & J): Two single beds, porthole.
2 Double Stateroom (A & B): Double bed, porthole.
1 Triple Stateroom (H): One single bed and two bunk-style single beds, port window.
Hot tub deck
2 Superior Suites (Rosario & Nautilus): Quasi-Kingsize bed (convertible into 2 double beds), desk, wardrobe, port window and direct access onto the deck.
1 Superior Suite (Delfini): Queen size bed, desk, port window and flat screen TV/DVD
1 Premium Suite (Emerald): Queen size bed, separate lounge area, 2 flat screen TV/DVD, bathtub and shower, ocean view window.
Socorro route: On a 6 day diving trip you can expect 21 dives plus 1 night snorkel with the silkies.
Guadalupe route: 2 surface cages and a submersible cage (½ hour dive) run every day.
Weights, weight belts and 80 cu.ft. (13.7L) aluminium tanks with standard yoke and DIN valves are included.
All dives are guided by professionals and from a tender boat.
Nitrox, Argon, Gas mixes : Rate on request and must be booked in advance.
Rebreather Support: (including zorb and special tank rentals) Rate on request and must be booked in advance.
100 cu. ft. (17.1L.) steel tanks : Rate on request and must be booked in advance.
